The company started as a sole proprietorship in 1984 and later became a corporation in January of 1989. What sets us apart from others in our industry is our dedication and experience. We have more than 35 years of experience in all aspects of heating and air conditioning. We have worked in every aspect of the business, starting from a helper on an installation crew to owning the business.

We have a customer service agreement program to perform maintenance on your home units three times a year. Service agreements for businesses are based on the need from monthly to annually.

We’re licensed, bonded and insured for your protection. We are also a member of the Condition Air Association of Georgia.
Our staff receives continuous training to increase their knowledge in refrigeration systems. We provide on-going service and support to our clients, to assure continued smooth operations. If repairs are needed, we are on call 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We will work with you to keep interruptions to your business to a minimum.
